The SVSEF is hoping to have online registration this season. If we cannot make this happen by the start of registration, these links will be active. 

REQUIRED FORMS  - Please read thoroughly, fill in all blanks, sign and submit to SVSEF.

ALL ATHLETES MUST HOLD A VALID USSA LICENSE.  Go to the USSA (click here) website to register for a license.  Your athlete must hold a license for each discipline they participate in.  For example, if they participate in Alpine and Cross Country, they will need a license for both. $25 discount will be applied for multiple licenses. All licenses expire June 30. Not sure if SVSEF if going to be a good fit for your child?  Call the SVSEF office for a Trial Participant Application (valid for a 7 consecutive day period). Cost is $25 and will be applied to the full license upon conversion.
