Coaching Staff

Justine Kaiser, Head Coach D-Team
Justine loves to work for SVSEF and has been coaching here for seven years. She is a certified Austrian ski instructor and attended college in Vienna. She has taught skiing in Kitsbuhl, Austria, Boyne Mountain, MI, Big Sky, Montana as well as working with the race department in Squaw Valley, CA. Married for 17 years and has one son, Jake. Besides skiing really, really fast, Justine likes to hike, bike and work on her ranch. She also works at The Goldmine and helps local school kids in Special Education.


Todd Bracher, Assistant Coach D-Team
Todd is from Mukilteo, WA.  He went to college and works for K2. This is his second year coaching for SVSEF.  He likes to ski, surf, standup and bike. Oh, and he has four cats.

Mike Sheehan, Assistant Coach D-Team
Mike has been coaching for SVSEF three years and also works as a money manager.  His hometown is Spokane, WA and he has a B.A. degree.  He has been skiing and ski racing for over 40 years.  Mike enjoys shortline water skiing but last summer most of his free time was taken up painting a house.
