WHO: SVSEF Freestyle, Freeskiing and Snowboard comp travel and comp home team athletes ages 12-18

WHEN: Monday, Wednesday, Friday beginning July 7th, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.

COST:  $175 for 24 total sessions from July 7th to August 29th.

DESCRIPTION: Come join your teammates for workouts designed to increase your “air awareness,” develop balance and agility, and build strength and endurance.

                        SVSEF coaches will safely lead athletes through an aerial skills progression on four Olympic-sized trampolines. Learn to skate/rollerblade on the 32-foot wide halfpipe and 40-foot roll-in ramp into the foam pit.

Summer Mogul Skiing Camp

ESTIMATED COST:  $1325.25 . Based on 5 athletes.  Includes; Lodging, coaching, lifts, transportation. Meals not included.


DEPARTURE/RETURN INFO:  We will be leaving from the ski team office Sunday morning July 13, 2013.  Loading the van at 7 a.m. and on the road by 8 a.m.  We will be returning in the evening on Saturday July 19, 2013.

We will be training on the Palmer Glacier on Mt Hood.  This is an alpine environment with varying weather conditions. Be prepared!  You need to pack everything you might need for the day each morning before you leave.  Once you are up on the glacier there is no running back to the lodge.  Pack your backpack with extra clothing, sunscreen, water, lunch/snacks, hat/gloves.
