SVSEF SUMMER AIRBARN TRAINING
WHO: SVSEF Freestyle, Freeskiing and Snowboard comp travel and comp home team athletes, ages 12-18
WHEN: Monday, Wednesday, Friday beginning July 7th, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
COST: $175 for 24 total sessions from July 7th to August 29th.
DESCRIPTION: Come join your teammates for workouts designed to increase your “air awareness,” develop balance and agility, and build strength and endurance.
SVSEF coaches will safely lead athletes through an aerial skills progression on four Olympic-sized trampolines. Learn to skate/rollerblade on the 32-foot wide halfpipe and 40-foot roll-in ramp into the foam pit.
