The XC Prep Team is for middle school age or J3/J4 nordic skiers, skiers of all ability levels participate in a range of actitives designed to teach and improve their classic and skate techniques. During the winter the XC Prep Team practices on M, W, F from 4-6pm from the Lake Creek Training Facility.  Athletes participate in training, games, optional races in both classic and skate disciplines and some travel opportunities.  For detailed calendars check out the travel/event tap on the prep team heading.  Our Prep team is a fun hard working bunch, that simply loves all things cross country ski related...
