Prep Team dryland sessions will be Monday, Wednesday and Fridays, starting Mon, Oct 18. Training will be held at the Lake Creek training center and will include trail runs and hikes, rollerskiing, game days!!, strength training and assorted other adventures. Come prepared for active outdootr training: Sweat pants and sweat shirt, running shoes, ski hat and gloves(for when it gets cold). Skiers can store training clothes in theitr lockers at Lake Creek.

Many prep teamers will ahve outgrown the sizing available with the lease packages. Our recoomendation prep team skiers; 1 pair combi boots
(used for both skate & classic), 1 pair classic skis and poles, 1 pair skate skis and poles
