The SVSEF U-14 Alpine Team is for 12-13 year-old athletes. Team members train five days a week in the winter: Wednesdays through Sundays. This team continues the emphasis of the U-12 Travel Team on fundamentals but moves much more into racing with additional training and racing opportunities. U-14s will travel within the Intermountain Division (Idaho-Utah-Wyoming) in vans with the team and coaches. Races will feature both North and South regions of the Intermountain Division. There is a one-month summer dryland commitment which provides a platform for progression into the year-round commitment of the U-16 team.
Lockers and waxing facilities are provided.
Sage Rheinschild, Katelyn Rathfon and Pilar Pennell with coach Brett Morris
show off their hardware at the Wes Barron Speed Series at Jackson Hole.
A pile of fun. SVSEF girls take a break between runs at Jackson.

Here are 2 websites that are awesome for the athlete and the parent.
For the athlete, check out www.universalsports.com
This site is great to watch World Cup video!
And for the parents, www.live-timing.com
This site is great if you are not able to be at the race but want to see how your son or daughter is doing live! It gives the running time of the racer as the race is happening! Not sure if all the North Series races will be covered but it is worth checking out!
