1) Training will start Tuesday, Nov. 5 and will run through Tuesday, Nov. 26 with sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Hours are 3-4:30 p.m. Please be on time and also pick up your child on time! It gets chilly when the sun goes behind the mountain and you are waiting for a ride.
2) Training will be on Dollar Mountain except for the last session. On Nov. 26th, please come to the Air Barn at Sagewillow. Last year we had a lot of fun using the trampoline!
3) Please wear appropriate clothing for exercising, hiking, or running in possibly chilly temperatures!

Bring a SMALL backpack and an energy bar like a power bar. Bring SKI POLES with your name on them!
Dryland is not required, but it is a great way to meet your coaches and team mates! Please try to make it to several sessions. We look forward to seeing you soon!
